This page tells you the terms and conditions of using the Angela Wozniak Jewellery site (these Terms and Conditions) on which we supply any of the products (each a Product) listed on our website AngelaWozniakJewellery.com (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Site’) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

INTRODUCTION SUMMARY

Angela Wozniak Jewellery is a registered business in Australia.

International Credit Card Payments that you make through the Site will be processed by Shopify payments or Paypal.

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply by us of any Product ordered by you on the Site. By agreeing to order a Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT

You may be required to provide personal information during registration of your account on the Website or in the course of using the Services. Such information may include your name, contact details and other information that is not otherwise publicly available. You are required to provide us with a current, valid e-mail address, your street address, delivery address (if different), and contact phone number.

You warrant and certify that the personal information you provide, will always be truthful, accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed account or an account that has been inactive for a long period of time, or if we find you have submitted inaccurate information, or if we determine that your account may be compromised or used for fraudulent purposes. You agree to the use of your personal information for the purposes of us providing our Services to you. You may not transfer your Angela Wozniak Jewellery account or your account login/password to any other person.

SECURITY

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including, without limitation, your password. You agree to limit the access to your account to yourself only, and take all reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality of your password to the account that you use to access the Services.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. Given that your account can only be accessed by you, you agree that you will be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, or any known or suspected security breach such as disclosure of your password or theft of your account information, you should notify Angela Wozniak Jewellery immediately. You may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other user of the Website or Services due to someone else using information of your account as a result of your failing to keep your account secure and confidential.

COST, PAYMENT & CURRENCY

All prices on Angela Wozniak Jewellery are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We calculate the final cost of the product with shipping charges before you place your final order. Taxes and duties are not included in the final cost and you as the customer are responsible for paying these taxes and duties. It is your responsibility as the customer to understand the additional costs encountered when purchasing goods from Australia.

International shoppers please be aware the final charge will be based upon the exchange rate of your issuing bank at the time of your payment.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We provide flat rate shipping charges or free shipping to certain countries. Your shipping costs will be presented and made clear to you at the point of check out.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order on Angela Wozniak Jewellery you are entering a contract. You can make a purchase as a guest, create an account prior to purchase or choose to create an account during checkout so we may save your details for next time you make a purchase.

Irrespective of any previous price you have seen or heard, once you select a Product that you wish to Order, you will then be shown or told (on the Site) the charges you must pay plus if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges. All charges are in Australian Dollars. You shall pay for the Product in full at the time of ordering by supplying us with your credit or debit card details from a credit or debit card company acceptable to us or by Paypal, which we require in order to process your Order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once you have placed your order you have entered in to a contract and it shall be legally bound to supply the Product to you. Acceptance shall take place when we send to you your order confirmation by email stating that we are accepting your Order. We reserve the right to refuse to process your Order and you reserve the right to cancel your Order.

You shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that you give your correct delivery address when you place orders for items. We are unable to change the address once the items have left our warehouse.

Delivery is registered so you must be available to sign for your package. We advise you supply your daytime / work address in case you will not be at home and a reachable phone number. Please remember to input this daytime delivery address and reachable phone number at checkout.

Angela Wozniak Jewellery cannot be liable for any damage or loss caused by delivery companies, including delays. International carriers are used to transport purchases. These will be sent via registered Australian Post. You will receive your tracking number when your order is dispatched for delivery.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the site, please contact angela@angelawozniakjewellery.com immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your Order in accordance with your instructions.

CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS

If you need to change your delivery address or delay your delivery for any reason please email angela@angelawozniakjewellery.com before 9am of the next working day after placed your order so the amend can be made before your package is sent out. Once your package has been sent out we are unable to change the delivery address.

PRE-ORDERING

Angela Wozniak Jewellery offers the option of pre-ordering as some of the items we provide are made to order. When you pre-order from the Angela Wozniak Jewellery Website, as soon as the designer’s target order numbers has been reached, we shall have a small batch of the piece produced. If a piece does not receive enough pre-orders within thirty (30) days after offering it on the Angela Wozniak Jewellery Website, we will notify you, cancel your order and refund any paid charges. Please note the delivery time for pre-order items is longer than for regular items as they are produced only after you order them and they meet the designer’s target order number.

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase please email angela@angelawozniakjewellery.com immediately, strictly no later that 48 hours with the reason for your return or exchange. We well give you the returns / exchange address once we accept your email.

We accept your return / exchange providing the following conditions are met:

Jewellery must be returned within 14 days (domestic) and 30 days (international) of the order’s delivery date.
Jewellery must not have been worn or damaged due to your poor handling (all our jewellery is quality checked before dispatch).
Jewellery must be returned in it's original packaging (mail box, jewellery box, cards, tags, jewellery pouch and any other packaging).

Returns and exchanges are at your own cost and must be sent back to the Angela Wozniak Jewellery returns address via registered post. We are not responsible for unregistered returns items that get lost. We will give you’re the returns address when you email us

RETURNING OR REPLACING A FAULTY ITEM

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from Angela Wozniak Jewellery when an item purchased fails to meet one of the Angela Wozniak Jewellery consumer guarantees, i.e. the product is faulty or of unacceptable quality; does not match the description or sample; is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do). If the fault is deemed to have arose from general wear + tear or poor handling, Angela Wozniak Jewellery is not liable to offer a refund, credit or alternate product.

Please note some items may need to be sent back to the designer, and subsequent delays may occur. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Angela Wozniak Jewellery will provide a full refund, less original delivery charges.

To return a faulty item, please email angela@angelawozniakjewellery.com with ‘Faulty Item’ as the subject, and include your name, phone number and details of the fault, including any images that you may have. Angela Wozniak Jewellery will then issue you with a return postage bag so you can return the faulty product to us, free of charge. Please ensure your item is packed safely + securely and that you retain any tracking details. Angela Wozniak Jewellery is not liable for any further damage or losses occurring during return transit.

WEBSITE COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on this Web Site ("Site"), including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio or video files, are the property of Angela Wozniak Jewellery or its content providers, and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all the content on this Site is the exclusive property of Angela Wozniak Jewellery and is also protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may download onto one computer, view, copy, and print the materials on this Site for personal, informational, non-commercial, internal use only, provided that you do not remove or alter any trademark, service mark or logo, or any copyright or other proprietary notices, in the case of printing, that reproduction is not done in large quantities (defined as ten or more copies of a particular image, description, or biography). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may download, view, copy, and print the details for the products offered by Angela Wozniak Jewellery only as a means to facilitate the purchase of said products from Angela Wozniak Jewellery.
